Student Coaching

Real Skills. Real Support. Real Progress.

Every student deserves to feel confident, capable, and in control of their learning. But executive functioning challenges like procrastination, time management, and organization can get in the way and often leave both students and parents feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.

That’s where we come in.

Why Student Coaching?

We help students build the skills they need to succeed in school and life. Things like:

  • Planning & Prioritizing

  • Getting Started (aka Task Initiation)

  • Staying Focused

  • Time Management

  • Organization

  • Flexibility

  • Managing Emotions

  • Setting (and Reaching) Goals

  • Knowing What Works for Them (Metacognition)

  • Following Through

Our goal?

To teach students how to plan, manage their time, stay organized, and minimize procrastination—so they can reach their potential and feel good about themselves and their future.

Our vision?

To be a trusted partner in the support system for both students and parents.

Sound Familiar?

  • “My kid is super smart, but somehow never finishes projects on time.”

  • “He knows what to do, but just can’t get started.”

  • “She has no sense of how long things take or when they’re due.”

  • “All we do is argue. I don’t know how to help anymore.”

  • “I just want school to feel less stressful for everyone.”

You’re not alone. And your student isn’t lazy. They just need to learn a different set of skills.

How It Works

  • We start with a no-pressure call to talk through your concerns, your student’s learning history, and what you’re hoping they’ll get out of coaching.

  • We meet one-on-one with your student to get to know them, learn about their school experience, and start building trust. This is about them—their goals, their voice, their future.

  • We meet weekly on Zoom to introduce new skills, practice strategies, and troubleshoot together. Between sessions, we check in via text to offer gentle nudges, support, and accountability—because change takes more than just one conversation a week.

If you're ready to turn the overwhelm into a plan, and frustration into progress, you're in the right place.

Parent Coaching

Support for You, So You Can Support Them

When your child is struggling with school, it’s hard not to step in and take over. You want to help, but sometimes, the well-meaning rescuing actually gets in the way of their growth.

Parent Coaching gives you tools, strategies, and support to help your student become more independent, responsible, and motivated, without constant battles or burnout.

It’s especially effective for parents of elementary and middle schoolers, when habits are still forming and change is easier to create.

Why Parent Coaching?

We work with parents who want to raise:

  • Independent problem-solvers

  • Students who can manage their own time

  • Kids who learn from mistakes, not fear them

This can be a great complement to student coaching, or it can stand on its own. Especially if you find yourself:

  • Always stepping in to “save” your child at the last minute

  • Worrying they’ll fail if you don’t micromanage

  • Wanting your home life to feel less tense and more peaceful

The truth is: consequences only grow as kids get older. Now is the time to let them gently fail with support, so they can learn the skills they’ll need for high school, college, and beyond.

Sound Familiar?

  • “My son has no idea how to plan out his school projects.”

  • “My daughter does her homework but forgets to turn it in.”

  • “My son stays up until 3:00AM finishing work he could’ve done earlier.”

  • “I’m constantly reminding, nagging, and stepping in—and I’m exhausted.”

You're not alone. And change is possible.

How It Works

1. Complimentary Consultation Call We’ll talk about your student’s learning history, what’s working (and what’s not), and what you hope to shift through coaching.

2. Discovery Session with You We go deeper into the day-to-day of what’s happening at home and school, so we can figure out how to best support you—as the parent, guide, and steady presence in your child’s life.

3. Weekly Parent Coaching Sessions We’ll meet on Zoom to walk through new tools, habits, and ways of communicating with your child. In between sessions, I’ll check in via text to offer support and accountability as you practice and apply what we talk about.
